DAMAGES
ChristinaVargas.net guarantees it's clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer as long as you follow our care instructions. ChristinaVargas.net (Vargas Bikinis) suits are very delicate and experience normal "wear and tear" over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost. Items being returned for repair MUST BE CLEAN upon receipt. Soiled damages will be returned to owner as is.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Vargas Bikini suits are constructed of the finest imported fabrics and trims that are extremely delicate in nature. Many of the suits are similar to fine lingerie and must be cared for in the same manner. While ALL of the suits can be worn in pool or ocean water, they are not intended for strenuous physical water activity or long periods of time in heavily chlorinated water. All swimwear should be hand washed in cold water with very mild soap (such as specialty lingerie detergent). Lie flat or hang to dry. DO NOT USE WOOLITE!
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Thank you for shopping with ChristinaVargas.net. While we do not offer refunds, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange a VARGAS BIKINI or provide store credit for your unworn/unwashed items within 3 days of the delivery date. All items must have tags and liners in place. Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. In order to do an exchange, please call us. We do charge $5.99 for return shipping costs. If you choose to receive a store credit, you will receive an email with your credit value that can be redeemed online or by phone. All other purchases for diet or workout programs, recipes, autographs, posing sessions, training sessions, ebooks, and other ChristinaVargas.net competition wear we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
