I started with Christina 11 months after I had my first child. This has been the most positive life changing thing, besides my little Katherine! She teaches you that you can have a life, children, work and still have time to workout; you have to want it! Having a trainer that's had a baby, tells me that she knows how difficult getting back in the groove can be on you and your family.
